Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

Internal Family Systems

Widely used as an evidence-based psychotherapy, IFS also offers a way to approach relationships and life guided by the 8 Cs: confidence, calm, compassion, courage, creativity, clarity, curiosity, and connectedness.

Through IFS, you’ll explore the dynamics between your parts, uncovering their intentions and addressing any internal conflicts. This process allows you to bring balance and integration to your inner world.
